This coming week is Summer Arts Fest! Please consider helping our friends at Yankton Area Arts by donating your time!

Summer Arts Festival is almost here (August 21–23), and we can’t pull it off without you. Whether you’ve got a couple hours or the whole weekend, we’d love your help.

We’re looking for hands with:

• Booth and vendor setup
• Info booth and greeting visitors
• Cleanup and teardown

No experience needed — just bring a good attitude and comfortable shoes. It’s a fun way to be part of the festival, meet some great people, and support the arts in Yankton.

Community music starts young! Our friends at the Yankton Children’s Choir are gearing up for another year!

Yankton Children's Choir is back for FALL of 2026! A fun opportunity for kids to learn vocal skills training under the direction of YSD choir directors Angela Larson, Kacie Bray and Taya Bult. Open to all students in grades 3-8, this program will include 9 rehearsals and 2 performance date open to family members. Registration is OPEN NOW up through Aug. 28th.
