We do this all while keeping tuition much lower than most other private schools. Come see for yourself: www.ycp.edu/visit

York College of Pennsylvania, located within driving distance of Baltimore, Harrisburg, Philadelphia, and New York City, is a private college with more than 50 majors to choose from. We intently focus on small class sizes, internships, connecting you with professionals in the field, and giving you a well-rounded liberal arts education that employers love. Visit our beautiful campus and you'll find modern residence halls, a state-of-the-art athletics and fitness center, faculty excited to work with you one-on-one, and smiling faces everywhere.

Every transfer journey is different, and having the right support can make all the difference!

Meet Ciarra Ramos ’18, our Assistant Director of Transfer Admissions and a former YCP transfer student! Having experienced the transfer process herself, she now helps students navigate their own journeys and find their place in the Spartan community.

As she puts it:

"When I transferred to YCP I was searching for more than just a degree, I was looking for a place to grow. York gave me that and so much more. Today, I’m proud to support other transfer students as they begin their own journey of transformation."

Today begins National Transfer Student Week! 💚

Whether you just joined the Spartan community or have been at YCP for a few semesters, we're celebrating YOU this week! Your unique experiences, perspectives, and goals help make our campus community stronger.

We’ll be sharing stories throughout the week from our very own YCP transfer students and staff who help make the transfer process a smooth and welcoming experience.
