If you know me, you know I love my coffee! And Bobo's is one of my favorite local spots for a great cup of coffee and a delicious breakfast.

Here's a little perspective: Mortgage rates have been MUCH higher than they are today. Those 2% and 3% rates we saw a few years ago? Historically extraordinary!
