Delta Zeta was founded in 1902 by 6 women at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Our Sorority has 266,000 members with 166 collegiate chapters. We pride ourselves to become life long learners and to give graciously of what is ours.

Congrats to our 9 not-so-baby turtles anymore!! 🐢💚 We initiated 9 of our girls and couldn’t be more excited to officially welcome them home. So proud of each and every one of you—this is just the beginning!! ✨

We’re also so happy to share that one of our Kappa Chi alums—Audrey’s mom—was able to attend and celebrate this special day with us, making it even more meaningful 💕

We love and appreciate all the hard work that our advisors do behind the scenes! Whether that be late-night texts and calls, words of encouragement when we need them most, or the constant guidance they give to help our chapter grow, they are always there for us. Their dedication, patience, and genuine care do not go unnoticed. They are the backbone of our chapter, helping us navigate challenges, celebrate successes, and become the best versions of ourselves.

Delta Zeta would not be what it is today without the love and support of our incredible advisors, and we are beyond grateful for everything they do for us each and every day 💕

Bittersweet doesn’t even begin to cover it… 💔✨

Seven of our seniors are graduating this semester, and while we are beyond proud of everything they’ve accomplished, it’s so hard to imagine Delta Zeta without them. We love each and every one of them so much—whether it’s their contagious laughs, their bubbly personalities, their wisdom, or simply the light they bring just by being themselves.

They’ve shaped this chapter in ways that will never be forgotten. From late nights and endless laughs to the memories we’ll carry forever, they’ve left their mark on all of us. Delta Zeta won’t be the same without them, and our hearts already feel the emptiness they’ll leave behind.

No matter where life takes you, you’ll always have a home here. We can’t wait to see all the amazing things you accomplish, this isn’t a goodbye, this is a see you later 🤍.

We are so beyond proud of Maggie Byers our President and sister💗 Maggie got to go to Washington DC to attend Fraternal Government Relations Coalition. This is what she has to say about it!!
“Alongside six other Delta Zeta women from across the country, I had the opportunity to attend the Fraternal Government Relations Coalition, hosted by the North American Interfraternity Council. While in Washington, D.C., I had the honor of lobbying on Capitol Hill in support of the Freedom of Association in Higher Education Act (HB2555/SB1225), advocating for the rights of single-sex organizations on college campuses and ensuring the continued impact of Greek Life in fostering leadership, community, and opportunity.

I am incredibly grateful to have shared this experience with members of Delta Zeta’s National Council and to connect with inspiring women who share similar passions for leadership and service. Most of all, I am proud to have represented Youngstown State University and the Kappa Chi chapter of Delta Zeta on such a meaningful, national stage.

This experience deepened my understanding of advocacy, engagement, and the power of community, lessons I will carry with me long after this week in DC.”
