Congratulations to junior saxophonist Jimmy O'Donnell and graduate saxophonist Andrew Kovaleski for being named the winners of this weekend's Dana School of Music Young Artists' Competition! Jimmy performed the first movement of Tomasi's Concerto for Alto Saxophone, and Andrew performed the first and second movements of Dahl's Concerto for Alto Saxophone. Information about performances of each concerto will be coming in the Spring semester.

Special thanks to the inimitable Diane Yazvac for always doing excellent collaborative piano work with the studio - neither winners would have made it this far without her help!
