During the YSU Summer Festival of the Arts, stop by to explore the museum and shop bracelets that support the YSU Geology Club. 🤝🙌

Can’t make it during the festival? The museum is open Tuesday–Friday from 10 AM–4 PM and the second Saturday of each month from 10 AM–2 PM — so you can visit anytime and still support our students!

A strong foundation in math can make all the difference in STEM success! 📚✨

The Choose Ohio First Summer Math Bridge Program is a free, four-week opportunity for incoming students to refresh their math skills and prepare for college-level STEM courses at YSU. Running June 8 through July 3, the program helps students build confidence before starting their STEM journey on campus.

We’re excited to celebrate an incredible achievement by our STEM students!🙌

Our electric-assisted Human-Powered Vehicle team recently competed at the ASME Human-Powered Vehicle Challenge in Orlando, Florida. This four-person Mechanical Engineering senior design group, advised by Dr. Stefan Moldovan, earned 3rd place in the Design Event.

Even more impressive, they received the competition’s highest honor—Best Innovation Overall.

This recognition highlights not only their hard work and creativity, but also the strong culture of innovation within our program. We’re proud of these now-graduated seniors and all they’ve accomplished as they take their next steps.🐧

From takeoff to touchdown 🚁✨

Students from across Northeast Ohio gathered for the 2nd Annual Future Pilots Drone Showcase—where passion met purpose and futures took flight.

With 180+ students from 14 schools, these future pilots showcased their skills, gained hands-on experience, and connected with industry pros while working toward their FAA Part 107 certification. 🚀
