Today, we honor Robert E. Bush Jr., who dedicated his career to serving the city of Youngstown through the Youngstown Police Department from 1971โ€“1978 and as Chief of Police from 2002โ€“2006.

Chief Bush passed away on August 20, 2026. His service to the city and sacrifice will never be forgotten.

Rest in peace, Chief Bush.
