Sigma Delta Tau- Eastern Michigan University "Patriae Multae Spes Una" One Hope of Many People. This is a fan page for Sigma Delta Tau, Delta Alpha Chapter at Eastern Michigan University.

Active since 1992 at EMU, SDT has brought a number of girls together as sisters and friends. Sigma Delta Tau is a national sorority that has had chapters at over ninety universities. "It shall be the purpose of this fraternal organization to form a close social and fraternal union of those of similar ideals and to foster, maintain and instill such ideals in the hearts of its members as will result in actions worthy of the highest precepts of true womanhood, democracy and humanity."

Today’s why Sig Delt is our lovely junior Gabby!

I chose Sigma Delta Tau because I felt a genuine sense of connection and belonging from the moment I met the women in the chapter. I admire how the sisterhood is built on friendship, support, and being there for one another through every experience. I can truly see myself growing as a person while making lifelong memories and friendships within Sigma Delta Tau.
