In our next episode of Keeping up with Sig Kap we are recapping Rubys Internship down south! 🐎⚾️
Here is what she has to say:
Spending the first part of my Summer interning down south with ESPN was an unreal experience and a great way to explore a different facet of my passion for sports. I got the chance to be around high-level athletics and travel to different cities like Nashville, Hoover, and Baton Rouge. Every part of the internship taught me something new. I’m so grateful for this experience and all of the memories, connections, and opportunities that came with it!

On our next episode of Keeping up with Sig Kap we have Deanna’s trip to Oregon! ⛰️✈️
Here is what she has to say:
I traveled to Oregon to visit one of my best friends from high school, and it was such a fun experience! Even though I was only there for a short time, getting to see the West Coast views was so cool. Coming from the East Coast, seeing mountains and completely different scenery felt unreal. On the trip, I got to hike, shop local at the Eugene Saturday Market, and experience + tour the beautiful University of Oregon campus! ‘Sko ducks!🦆

Keeping up with Sig Kap! 🇮🇪🍀✈️
In today’s episode we we take a look into Angelina’s Study Abroad trip to Ireland!
Here’s what she has to say:
Studying abroad in Ireland was not only an incredibly rewarding trip, but a great way to end the semester! During my days I explored Dublin, did day trips to Kilkenny and Dalkey, and visited the cliffs of moher. I met so many amazing people through the hostels I stayed at, and through the study abroad. So grateful I got to have this experience!

Keeping up with Sig Kap! ✈️🌎☀️
Today’s episode features Macey as she wraps up her study abroad in Spain!
Here is what she has to say…

Studying abroad was definitely something that intimidated me at first. However, there has always been a part of me that has wanted to travel and experience as much of the world as possible. My time abroad this year has been an experience that I will cherish forever. Not only has it shaped me and helped me grow in so many ways, but it has also allowed me to see the world from a completely different perspective.

My time in Spain is something that will always stay with me, and a little piece of my heart will always remain there. I know studying abroad is often seen as expensive or unrealistic, but I think it is so important to at least explore the programs your school offers. In the end, you come back as a changed person, with unforgettable memories, new friendships, and a stronger sense of personal growth. I’m so blessed to have been a part of a chapter that has encouraged me through this experience. Along with sisters that even all the way across the world, we can stay in touch and still keep our bond strong.
