All students at the Westminster International University in Tashkent are automatically members of the Students’ Union. Furthermore, we are open for cooperation with representatives of other educational and non-educational organizations! Our Structure
As a separate body, the WIUT SU is run in accordance to its constitution, namely SU Code. The SU governance and management are done by 7 Full-Time Executives, 6 publicly elected and 1 appointed. WIUT SU 2021-2022:
Sherzod Rustamov – President – is responsible for representing and promoting all interests of students in WIUT. He chairs the Student Council and is on the Academic Council. Mukhlisa Atakhodjaeva – Education and Welfare Executive – is responsible for the academic support of the SU to the students of WIUT. She is the Representative in Chief for the Academic and Welfare Matters within the University and Dormitory. Bekzod Kasimov – General Secretary – is responsible for overall administration of WIUTSU. He is in charge of the Union Budget, Societies, and induction. Alobek Turgunboev – Events and Entertainment Executive – is responsible for organizing WIUTSU work on public events and entertainment issues, for work concerning organization of events. Laziz Khodjaev – Information and Communications Executive – is responsible for all WIUTSU published material, media, radio, West TV, journals and other medthods of communication. Saidamirkhon Bakhromxonov - Sports Events Executive - is responsible for organizing and monitoring all sports events in WIUT.
