🔗 Ngày 22/5/2026, Hội nghị Hiệu trưởng các trường đại học Việt Nam - Liên bang Nga lần thứ III được tổ chức tại Hà Nội với sự tham dự của gần 200 đại biểu là lãnh đạo Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo Việt Nam, Bộ Khoa học và Giáo dục Liên bang Nga cùng đại diện hơn 100 trường đại học, viện nghiên cứu của hai quốc gia. Hội nghị là diễn đàn hợp tác giáo dục quy mô lớn nhằm thúc đẩy kết nối giữa các cơ sở giáo dục đại học Việt Nam và Liên bang Nga trong các lĩnh vực đào tạo, nghiên cứu khoa học, chuyển đổi số, trao đổi giảng viên - sinh viên và phát triển các chương trình liên kết quốc tế.
🌏Tại Hội nghị, Trường Đại học Ngoại ngữ, Đại học Đà Nẵng đã ký kết và trao đổi các văn bản hợp tác với nhiều đối tác uy tín của Liên bang Nga như Đại học Liên bang Viễn Đông, Đại học Quốc gia Thái Bình Dương và Viện tiếng Nga Quốc gia mang tên A.S. Pushkin. Các thỏa thuận tập trung vào những định hướng hợp tác thiết thực, phù hợp với thế mạnh đào tạo ngoại ngữ, nghiên cứu quốc tế và chiến lược quốc tế hóa của Nhà trường trong giai đoạn mới.
🎯Thông qua các văn bản được ký kết, các bên sẽ từng bước triển khai nhiều hoạt động hợp tác cụ thể như đào tạo tiếng Nga, phát triển chương trình liên kết đào tạo, trao đổi giảng viên - sinh viên, kết nối chuyên gia quốc tế, chia sẻ học liệu và phối hợp tổ chức các hoạt động học thuật, nghiên cứu khoa học song phương. Đây được xem là nền tảng quan trọng để UFLS mở rộng không gian học tập và trải nghiệm quốc tế cho người học trong bối cảnh giáo dục toàn cầu ngày càng gắn kết.
✈️Việc tích cực tham gia và ký kết nhiều văn bản hợp tác tại Hội nghị tiếp tục khẳng định tinh thần chủ động hội nhập quốc tế của Trường Đại học Ngoại ngữ, Đại học Đà Nẵng trong việc mở rộng quan hệ đối ngoại, nâng cao chất lượng đào tạo và xây dựng các chương trình học mang tính liên kết toàn cầu. Đồng thời, đây cũng là bước đi chiến lược nhằm tạo thêm nhiều cơ hội để giảng viên, sinh viên UFLS tiếp cận môi trường học thuật quốc tế, tham gia các chương trình trao đổi, học bổng, hội thảo chuyên môn và các dự án nghiên cứu đa quốc gia.
📘𝐔𝐅𝐋𝐒 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐑𝐮𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬
🎯On May 22, 2026, the 3rd Vietnam-Russia Rectors’ Forum took place in Hanoi, bringing together nearly 200 delegates, including leaders from Vietnam’s Ministry of Education and Training, Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, and representatives of more than 100 universities and research institutes from the two countries.
🔗The Forum served as a large-scale educational cooperation platform designed to strengthen links between Vietnamese and Russian higher education institutions in training, scientific research, digital transformation, lecturer and student exchange, and the development of international joint programmes.
👩🏫At the Forum, UFLS signed and exchanged cooperation documents with several prominent Russian partners, including Far Eastern Federal University, Pacific National University, and the Pushkin State Russian Language Institute.
🏛️The agreements focus on practical areas of cooperation aligned with the University’s strengths in foreign language education, international studies, and its internationalisation strategy in the new phase of development.
📚Through the signed documents, the parties will gradually implement a range of concrete cooperation activities, including Russian language training, the development of joint training programmes, lecturer and student exchanges, connections with international experts, sharing of teaching and learning resources, and the joint organisation of bilateral academic and scientific research activities.
🤝These agreements are expected to serve as an important foundation for UFLS to broaden international learning opportunities and experiences for students amid an increasingly interconnected global education landscape.
📍UFLS’s active participation in the Forum and the signing of multiple cooperation documents reaffirm the University’s proactive approach to international integration, particularly in expanding external relations, enhancing training quality, and developing globally connected academic programmes.
👨🎓At the same time, this represents a strategic move to create more opportunities for UFLS lecturers and students to access international academic environments, take part in exchange programmes, scholarships, professional seminars, and multinational research projects.
