📌 HỌC VIỆN CHÍNH SÁCH VÀ PHÁT TRIỂN THAM GIA XÂY DỰNG ĐỀ ÁN THÍ ĐIỂM KHU THƯƠNG MẠI TỰ DO TỈNH QUẢNG TRỊ
📅 Chiều ngày 15/7/2026, Ban Chỉ đạo Xây dựng Đề án thí điểm Khu Thương mại tự do tỉnh Quảng Trị đã tổ chức cuộc họp nghe đơn vị tư vấn báo cáo kết quả nghiên cứu Đề án (lần 1). Cuộc họp do Phó Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Quảng Trị, Trưởng Ban Chỉ đạo Lê Đức Tiến chủ trì, với sự tham dự của đại diện các sở, ban, ngành và các đơn vị liên quan.
💼 Trưởng nhóm nghiên cứu, PSG.TS. Đào Hoàng Tuấn, Viện trưởng Viện Đào tạo Quốc tế (ISEF), cùng các nhà khoa học đến từ Học viện Chính sách và Phát triển, Đại học Ngoại thương, Đại học Phenikaa, Hiệp hội Doanh nghiệp Dịch vụ Logistics Việt Nam, đã bước đầu hoàn thiện cơ sở khoa học và thực tiễn cho Đề án. Với vai trò là đơn vị tư vấn xây dựng Đề án, Học viện Chính sách và Phát triển (APD) đã báo cáo kết quả nghiên cứu, đề xuất mô hình Khu Thương mại tự do (Free Trade Zone – FTZ) theo định hướng đa điểm, đa trung tâm, kết nối cảng biển, sân bay ở phía Đông với các cửa khẩu ở phía Tây, phù hợp với chiến lược “Vươn Đông - Tỏa Tây” của tỉnh Quảng Trị.
✨ Tại cuộc họp, các đại biểu đã trao đổi, góp ý về quy mô, định hướng phát triển không gian, hạ tầng giao thông, logistics và các cơ chế, chính sách đặc thù nhằm tiếp tục hoàn thiện Đề án. Việc tham gia xây dựng Đề án tiếp tục khẳng định năng lực nghiên cứu, tư vấn chính sách của Học viện Chính sách và Phát triển trong việc đồng hành cùng địa phương phát triển kinh tế - xã hội.

📌 ACADEMY OF POLICY AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRIBUTES TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PILOT FREE TRADE ZONE PROJECT IN QUANG TRI PROVINCE
📅 On the afternoon of July 15, 2026, the Steering Committee for the Development of the Pilot Free Trade Zone (FTZ) Project in Quang Tri Province held its first meeting to review the initial research report presented by the consulting institution. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Le Duc Tien, Vice Chairman of the Quang Tri Provincial People’s Committee and Head of the Steering Committee, with the participation of representatives from provincial departments, agencies, and relevant stakeholders.
💼 Led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dao Hoang Tuan, Director of the International School of Economics and Finance (ISEF), the research team comprised experts from the Academy of Policy and Development, Foreign Trade University, Phenikaa University, and the Vietnam Logistics Business Association. The team has laid the initial scientific and practical foundation for the project. As the consulting institution, the Academy of Policy and Development (APD) presented its research findings and proposed a multi-site, multi-center Free Trade Zone (FTZ) model, connecting eastern seaports and airports with western border gates, in line with Quang Tri Province’s “Reach East – Expand West” development strategy.
✨ During the meeting, participants exchanged views and provided recommendations on the project’s scale, spatial development orientation, transport infrastructure, logistics, and special policy mechanisms to further refine the proposal. APD’s contribution to the development of the pilot FTZ project reaffirms the Academy’s strong expertise in policy research and consultancy, as well as its commitment to supporting local socio-economic development.
