๐Ÿ”น The five-day physical component is provisionally scheduled to take place at Klaipฤ—da University. It will be combined with virtual preparatory activities and academic activities during the mobility period. The program will address:
โ–ช๏ธ systems thinking in leadership;
โ–ช๏ธ advanced leadership and team management;
โ–ช๏ธ neuromarketing and the influence of communication on decision-making;
โ–ช๏ธ organizational behavior and sustainability;
reflection, teamwork and workโ€“life balance.
๐Ÿ”น Teaching methods will include interactive lectures, practical workshops, case studies, laboratory activities using neuromarketing tools, group projects and moderated discussions. Successful completion of the program will correspond to 3 ECTS credits.
