What a fun and flavourful experience at our GloBowl Vietnamese Cooking Class proudly organized by the ๐๐ฎ๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐š๐ฆ ๐“๐ž๐š๐ฆ, ๐ˆ๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ง๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐š๐ฅ ๐’๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐’๐ฎ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ!โœจ

During the workshop, our international students had the chance to explore Vietnamese cuisine in a hands-on way, learning how to prepare Crispy Vietnamese Spring Rolls (Chแบฃ Giรฒ Chiรชn) and roll their very own Fresh Spring Rolls (Gแปi Cuแป‘n) under the guidance of the chefs and staff from Lygon.

๐Ÿ€ It was wonderful to see everyone so excited to get involved, try something new, and experience Vietnamese food culture firsthand. From carefully wrapping each spring roll to arranging every detail of their final dishes, each team put in plenty of effort and creativity.

More than just a cooking workshop, GloBowl was a lovely opportunity to connect, share cultures, work together, and create some delicious memories along the way ๐Ÿ’›
