𝟏. 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐊𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐩𝐞̇𝐝𝐚 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲: KU is a brand new partner of HCM-IU in Lithuania. KU is a leading public university, renowned for its strengths in marine sciences, business, social sciences, engineering, and health sciences.
𝟐. 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐧𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: 10 - 14 May 2027 (5 days) + 2 travelling days.

🔹 The five-day physical component is provisionally scheduled to take place at Klaipėda University. It will be combined with virtual preparatory activities and academic activities during the mobility period. The program will address:
▪️ systems thinking in leadership;
▪️ advanced leadership and team management;
▪️ neuromarketing and the influence of communication on decision-making;
▪️ organizational behavior and sustainability;
reflection, teamwork and work–life balance.
🔹 Teaching methods will include interactive lectures, practical workshops, case studies, laboratory activities using neuromarketing tools, group projects and moderated discussions. Successful completion of the program will correspond to 3 ECTS credits.
𝟑. 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
🔹 Number of slots: 01 (one) slot for a Bachelor’s or Master's student with suitable majors to Management, or other relevant field within the social sciences.

▪️ Be physically and mentally healthy, be available to participate in the entrre duration of the program.
▪️ To acquire sufficient English-language competence. NOTE: Students with valid certificates of English proficiency will have higher competencies.
▪️ Have an outstanding academic record (minimum GPA of 75/100) with no component course’s GPA lower than 60/100);

Đây là cột mốc quan trọng đánh dấu sự hợp nhất của 4 đơn vị trọng yếu bao gồm:
