Greetings from the University of Saint Joseph Students' Association Election Panel (SAEP) 2025!

For students who are interested in running for the President of Students’ Association, please note that the USJSA Election Introductory Seminar will be conducted by SAEP 2025 on 13 Nov 2025 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the USJ 101.

Kindly be informed that the Election of the University of Saint Joseph Students’ Association (hereinafter USJSA) will be held on the 3rd and 4th of December 2025.

Due to the severe situation of the COVID-19, the USJSA Election 2020 has been postponed. The dates for the upcoming programmes and election are as follows:

24 February – 1 March: Campaign Period

2 March: Q&A Session (Google Meet)

3 March: Voting Days (Online voting, the link will be opened on the day)

4 March: Results Announcement
