With over 11 years of experience leading cross-functional technical teams, Wassim has driven major technology initiatives in financial services, banking, and retail.

From financial struggles and language barriers to juggling odd jobs and facing bankruptcy, Wassim never gave up. Despite setbacks and strained family ties, he embraced entrepreneurship and later transitioned into the corporate world. His resilience led him to Luxembourg, where he pursued new opportunities, even completing an Executive MBA during the challenges of the pandemic. Some weekends are much more memorable, intense and enriching than others. For community members of BMI Executive Institute/ BMI Executive Institute Brussels and Benelux Baltics in Business the last one was definitely not a casual one.
