It's been only 3 months since the latest release, but our changelog already contains plenty of entries.
We are excited to announce version 6.0-alpha.6 🌞 of Hashtag .

Release Highlights:
- Improved theming in JabRef
- Revamped notifications and pop-up toasts into a single center info center.
- Improved citation count and the citation feature, e.g., you can now choose between different fetchers for updating the citation count. Drag and drop of entries from the citation tab is also now possible.
- Web search now accepts publisher-specific query syntax as well
- Unlinked files now allow linking found files to existing related entries as well

👻 🎃 JabRef 6.0-alpha.3 Release 🎃 👻

Trick or treat! Happy Halloween from the JabRef team! We are happy to announce the release of JabRef 6.0 Alpha 3, the next step towards the stable version of JabRef 6.0.

Release Highlights:

- Arm64 Linux support,
- Improved UI for Citations

- Initial Cite As You Write endpoint

We finally released JabRef 5.15 - now with a proper blog post, and this time with correct binaries for intel macs and fixes for snap users.

This release comes with some nice improvements for users, as can be seen in the video.

And we added experimental support for using styles as Preview.
Despite that, we also did the usual bug fixing and UI improvements

It's Spring here in the Northern Hemisphere, and we have released another new Version of JabRef: 5.13!

We are publishing version 5.13 of JabRef! In the Northern Hemisphere, Spring is on it’s way and we are releasing a new version with many new features and bug fixes with a focus on improving the usability (not only) for LaTeX users.

Version 5.11 of is here. What a surprise!
We released so soon after the last release because regressions have been found (and fixed) that seemed to be annoying enough to warrant an early release, especially for macOS users. Despite the bug fixes, we also implemented a couple of new features and performance improvements.
