Centre for Environmental Management, UFS The Centre for Environmental Management at the UFS is involved in education and training, conducting applied research and providing expert services.

The activities of the Centre for Environmental Management in the Faculty of Natural and Agricultural Sciences at the University of the Free State involve education and training, conducting applied research and providing expert services:
- Presenting an interdisciplinary Master’s degree in Environmental Management, and a PhD in Environmental Management
- Presenting short courses on a variety of top

- Conducting research for academic and contract purposes

The Centre’s work is concentrated mainly on corporate environmental management, and we have a flexible approach to course content. We continuously adapt course topics and content to meet the need for information about new developments in environmental management, and for requirements related to professional development by practitioners.
