University of the Free State Qwa-Qwa Campus Open Day!

On Saturday, 9 May, the University of the Free State campus came alive as prospective students, parents, and educators joined us for the annual UFS Open Day.

The Faculty of Economic and Management Sciences welcomed learners from different schools and communities who came eager to explore their future study and career possibilities. From engaging presentations and interactive conversations to moments of connection with current students and staff, the day created a vibrant and inspiring atmosphere across the faculty.

Learners had the opportunity to experience what life at the University of the Free State could look like while discovering the many academic pathways available within the EMS Faculty. The excitement, curiosity, and ambition brought by prospective students truly made the day special.

Thank you to every learner, parent, educator, student volunteer, and staff member who contributed to the energy and success of the day. Your presence reminded us why creating spaces of opportunity, growth, and hope through higher education remains so important.
