Yesterday we had the privilege of hosting our Public Lecture on the topic "The Imperative of Pan-Africanism and the Challenges of Migration"

Our sincere gratitude to Dr Mokete Pherudi, Research Fellow in the Humanities Faculty, Centre for Gender and African Studies - UFS, for such a thought-provoking and well-researched presentation.

We were challenged to rethink Pan-Africanism not just as an ideal, but as a concrete response to the realities of migration on our continent.

Thank you to all staff, students and guests who attended and made the engagement so rich and interactive.

Fides et Ratio in action!

A big thank you to everyone who showed up and contributed to such a respectful, rigorous and truly philosophical engagement.

Special appreciation for the wonderful collaboration between St John Vianney Seminary - Department of Philosophy and the University of Pretoria - Department of Philosophy.

We are especially grateful to our two UP students who served as reactants, your critical interventions and preparation brought depth and real academic spirit to the discussion.

SEMINARY PASTORAL VISIT | ST ALBERT THE GREAT, VOSLOORUS

Yesterday our seminarians had a blessed pastoral visit to St Albert the Great Parish, Vosloorus in the Archdiocese of Johannesburg.

The day began with Morning Prayers, followed by Mass beautifully animated in song by our seminarians.

Thank you to Fr Seheri, parishioners and the entire community of St Albert the Great for the warm welcome and joyful celebration. It was truly a grace-filled encounter.
