AECOM: Bursaries 2021 in South Africa

Nationality: South African citizens

As part of our commitment to grow skills, experience and excellence in the built environment, AECOM is offering bursaries to students that are interested in or are currently studying civil, mechanical and/or, electrical engineering, quantity surveying, architecture or project management and science on a full time basis in South Africa.

Applications will be considered from students, who comply with the entrance requirements for the above mentioned study fields; who intend to enrol for full-time studies and excel in their current field of study in line with the guidelines stated above.

What Does The Bursary Cover?

A fixed amount, reviewed annually, will be provided for the cost of tuition and books. Practical training, as required by the university, will be provided where possible during winter and / or summer vacations

Minimum Requirements

Highly motivated individual.
Passion and commitment to pursue a career in the built environment.
No work experience is required.
Preferred average mark of 70% in Mathematics and Science
Preferred average mark of 65% in your 1st year at tertiary level.
Preferred Qualifications

Grade 11 and 12 latest results.
Latest University academic results if currently studying at tertiary

TAKEALOT BURSARY

Requirements:

RSA citizens only (Candidates have to upload a clear, legible copy of ID to avoid being disadvantaged in the application process).

Must have an average of 50% or above for Matric.

Must have 50% or above for EVERY subject (NO subject below 50%).

Must have Mathematics (Maths Literacy NOT accepted).

If currently in Grade 12, marks for each subject must be 50% and above. June 2020 exam report must be uploaded.

If the applicant is already studying at tertiary level, at a public SA institution (private institutions not allowed), they must have marks of 55% and above. June 2020 exam results must be uploaded. Final NSC must also be uploaded.

Proof of Household Income: combined household income must not exceed R650 000 per annum. Proof must be uploaded IMMEDIATELY.
