Joanne is Head of Inclusive Support at Pinelands North Primary School. She is a Capetonian and passionate about education and advocacy. Since 2000 she has worked in mainstream and inclusive schools. This has led her to an interest in researching a Masters in Education at UCT in disrupting the concept of quality in education and rethinking how children are positioned in the school environment. Her engaging and interactive lectures, coupled with Joanne's humour and dynamic personality, bring the field of inclusive education and facilitation to life. WITH CONTRIBUTIONS FROM:
