Proud to have been the consultants on this project! Thank you Boxwood Property Fund for getting us involved.

Located in Cape Town's bustling CBD, The Box is one of the tallest commercial buildings in the city and also a certified 4-Star Green Star Existing Building Performance (EBP) v1 building.

The building incorporates several sustainability features, including the application of energy efficiency strategies such as energy-efficient lighting and careful metering and monitoring of energy use.
