The Alpha Edu Academy provides extra-curricular classes in mathematics from Grade 10 through to Grade 12 in accordance with the Curriculum and Policy Statement (CAPS) as prescribed by the Department of Basic Education. onth is different for each individual and is agreed with parents in advance. Classes start in February and are concluded in November. Our Teaching Methodology:

The Alpha Edu Academy applies CAPS in a unique teaching recipe to make a difference in the performance of individuals, which focuses on short and long term aspects of learning. Great successes have been achieved in the past with this methodology. All pupils are initially assessed to determine which problem areas to focus on and to determine which building blocks of their mathematical foundation have to be reinforced. A learning plan is then formulated for the pupil, which will focus on problem areas and building blocks identified, integrated into their curriculum for the particular year. Thereafter, evaluation is performed at pre-determined points through-out the year to ensure conformance to each individual's learning plan.
