Artvision Academy In 2018, the two founders formalized the organization as a private company with the mission of empowering and promoting youth in South Africa and beyond.

Art Vision is a transformative initiative based in Durban, South Africa, dedicated to uplifting vulnerable and marginalized youth by nurturing their innate talents through arts-based healing and skill development. ART VISION ACADEMY is a unique organization that focuses on the development, training, and empowerment of young individuals in the fields of art and media production, specifically within

the Creative Economy. Originally established as a volunteer organization in 2015, ART VISION created and implemented youth-oriented projects and programs in the KwaZulu-Natal Province. Art Vision Academy serves as a compassionate haven dedicated to restoring hope, healing, and dignity to individuals and communities in need. By harnessing the transformative power of art and holistic care, we provide safe spaces and tailored programs that support mental, emotional, and physical well-being. In addition to creative therapy, we offer essential shelter and services for those facing destitution, fostering a pathway towards healing and reintegration into society.
