A Great Start to Term 4 Cricket! ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’›

Our Curro Heritage House Primary School boys took to the cricket field against Morningside Primary on Wednesday, 14 October, for their first match of Term 4!

Morningside elected to bat first, scoring 86/4 in their 15 overs. Our learners, Kai P and Nathan G each took a wicket and contributed a run-out, showcasing great effort in the field.

CHH then took to the crease, with Kai top-scoring with an impressive 37 runs, well supported by Naalu B. The boys displayed excellent teamwork and determination throughout their innings, reaching their score. ๐ŸŒŸ

Well done to our young cricketers on a fantastic team effort! Keep building on this momentum, Hornets! ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ

โœจ โ€œKnowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is knowing not to put it in a fruit salad.โ€ โœจ

A powerful reminder shared by our guest speaker, Dr. W. Meyer at our 2026 Matric Valediction Ceremony.

As our Matric Class of 2026 prepares to take on their final exams, her message was a fitting one: know what you are capable of, trust yourself & have the wisdom to keep going, even when others tell you that you canโ€™t.

Today was a celebration of the journey that has brought our matrics to this moment. We are incredibly proud of each and every one of you, and we cannot wait to see where your hard work, determination and courage take you.

To the Matric Class of 2026, believe in yourselves, persevere through the challenges and never let someone elseโ€™s doubt become your reality. Your story is yours to write.

Wishing you every success for your final exams. Go out there and make yourselves proud. ๐Ÿ’™

๐Ÿซง Bubble Pop Painting with our Group 3s ๐ŸŽจ

Today, our little artists had a bubbly time creating their very own bubble pop paintings! ๐Ÿซง๐ŸŽจ

This fun activity helps develop fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination and sensory awareness, while encouraging creativity, colour recognition and self-expression. Itโ€™s also a wonderful way to build concentration and confidence through playful learning! ๐Ÿ’•
