An incredible day celebrating talented bakers at the KZN’s Rising Stars Snowflake Baking Competition! The event brought together passionate bakers to showcase their skills, creativity and love for the craft.

Our Pastry Lecturer, Chef Zazz, was honoured to be part of the judging panel. 👩‍🍳
