Our call Center department is currently looking for personal assistant to join our call center company.(Inbound, outbound and customer Service). Full training provided to those with no experience.
DUTIES
Obstains clients information by answering telephone calls;interviewing clients;verifying information.Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.Establish policies by entering client information; confirming pricing.Inform clients by explaining procedures;answering questions; providing information. Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems. Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
Update job knowledge by studying new products descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
Accomplish sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Grade 11,12 or equivalent
Good communication skills
Good attitude
Ability to work with no supervision (self driven)
