It is sad that the 2016 XCUS committee,hereby, announces that there won't be a closing function this year. The University has been closed since last week Tuesday. This has resulted in difficulties in accessing the XCUS funds which require several approvals at the Student Development Unit (SDLU) in order to be released. The function was scheduled for the 1st of October 2016. Please note that last day for events for the year 2016 is Sunday the 2nd of October as strictly stated by the university.

If you haven't collected your T-shirt, you can collect it at Barnato Hall residence, Main campus. Please contact Ngoma(Outgoing Chairperson) at 073 787 4229.

The committee hopes that you understand the above situation.

It has been a great year, most have learnt quite a number of things about the Xhosa Culture and this can only continue through working hand in hand with each other.
