๐Ÿ“š Our students recently had the privilege of attending the launch of Rising for Palestine: Africans in Solidarity for Decolonisation and Liberation at Bridge Books in Johannesburg.

The anthology brings together diverse African voices reflecting on the interconnected histories of apartheid, colonialism, genocide, resistance, liberation, and solidarity between Africa and Palestine. Through essays, reflections, and analysis, the book explores how struggles for justice and human dignity transcend borders and generations.

At Al-Mustafa International University of South Africa, we encourage our students to engage critically with contemporary global issues, diverse perspectives, and meaningful conversations that contribute to a more just and peaceful world.
