A Message of Encouragement and Good Luck

To the esteemed students of Ingwe TVET College Ngqungqushe Campus,

As you sit for your final examination, I want to take a moment to acknowledge the immense hard work, dedication, and perseverance that has brought you to this moment. Your journey has been long and arduous, but it is in these moments of challenge that we discover our greatest strengths.

As you face the unknown, remember that you are not just writing an exam, you are writing a chapter in the story of your life. You are not just seeking a grade, you are seeking a future filled with possibility and promise. You are not just seeking a qualification, you are seeking the keys to unlock your full potential.

As you take your pen and paper, remember that you are not alone. You are part of a community that has supported and encouraged you every step of the way. You are part of a family that has believed in you, even when you didn't believe in yourself.

As you begin this exam, I want to leave you with a few words of wisdom:

- Believe in yourself: You have the power to achieve greatness. Trust in your abilities and know that you are capable of overcoming any obstacle.
- Stay focused: Concentrate on the task at hand and don't let distractions get in the way. You got this!
- Take your time: Don't rush through the exam. Take your time to read the questions carefully and answer them to the best of your ability.
- Stay calm: It's normal to feel nervous, but don't let anxiety get the best of you. Take deep breaths and remember that you are prepared for this.

As you embark on this journey, I want to wish you all the best of luck. May your pen be guided by wisdom, your mind be filled with clarity, and your heart be filled with confidence.

Remember, no matter the outcome, you are already a winner. You have made it this far, and that is something to be proud of.

SOUTH AFRICAN STUDENT CONGRESS, EASTERN REGION TASK TEAM

Applications for the upcoming year are open and the closing date is soon, prospective students can submit their applications for undergraduate. We encourage pupils to start the application process early to ensure you have ample time to gather all the necessary documents and complete the required steps. SASCO advocates for an equitable, and inclusive society where education is a fundamental right and a tool for social and economic transformation as Kofi Annan asserted that Knowledge is power, information is liberating education is the premise of progress, in every society, in every family.

POTENTIAL APPLICANTS

NSFAS 2024 Academic year Applications

Applications for 2024 funding are now open (21 November 2023 and close on 31 January 2024)

To apply for NSFAS, you can follow these steps:
01. Go to www.nsfas.org.za.
02. Click the myNSFAS tab
03. Create a myNSFAS account
04. Click the APPLY tab
05. Complete the sections on the screen
06. Upload required supporting documents
07. Click Submit

You will receive an application reference number

Required documents for the application include:
- Certified copy of ID/birth certificate
- Certified ID copy of parent/guardian
- Proof of income

The NSFAS process usually takes a month for each applicant to receive a response.
