Majuba TVET College SRC Leaders Empowered Through Capacity Building Workshop

Majuba TVET College’s Student Support Services (SSS) Department recently hosted a successful SRC Capacity Building Workshop at the IT and Business Campus, aimed at equipping student leaders with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their leadership roles.

The workshop featured informative presentations by Higher Health officials, who engaged students on the importance of civic responsibility, essential soft skills, and effectively balancing academic commitments with leadership responsibilities. The College’s Health and Safety Department also conducted a session focusing on building a safe and supportive learning culture and environment across all campuses.

Following the presentations, SRC members participated in interactive team-building exercises designed to strengthen collaboration, communication, and unity among the student leadership team. The workshop concluded on a positive note, leaving participants inspired and better prepared to serve and represent the student body with confidence and responsibility.
