Megro Learning Lowveld was established in 2005 and provides and supports a wide variety of training products in the Mpumalanga and Limpopo provinces. The diverse team at Megro Learning have collectively more than 60 years of experience in the fields of training and development. The company offer specific interventions for the Agricultural and Business sectors through a wide variety of learnership

and specialised skills programmes which are tailor made to the client’s needs. Megro is registered and accredited with AGRISETA, MICT SETA and Services SETA, and is registered with the Department of Higher Education as a Further Education and Training College. Through its flexible approach, Megro has the capacity to deliver across all 9 Provinces in South Africa, but its direct influence lies in the Mpumalanga and Limpopo provinces. All its materials are accredited with the relevant SETAs, Umalusi and are fully compliant to SAQA standards. It has full time accredited assessors and moderators in its employ as well as a resident Industrial Psychologist. It also has fully accredited Skills Development Facilitators in employ for the conducting of Workplace Skills Plans, Training Evaluations and Skills Audits, and Employment Equity Plans. In addition, Megro also has the capacity to design and align learning materials to Unit Standards as well as to assist other prospective training providers with the process of accreditation. Lastly, Megro has a fully equipped Computer Training centre and has the flexibility to offer this type of training at the client’s premises as well.

Job Title: HR Consultant
Job Purpose: Plan, direct, or coordinate one or more administrative services of the organization, such as records and server management, seta and client liason,tender applications, and other office support services.Assist in the development of HR systems.
Duties:

• Direct or coordinate the administrative services of the organization.
• Prepare and review Quality Management System and Human Resources manuals and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain all accreditations and related matters with the respective Setas, Umalusi, and Department of Higher Education.
• Assist in the development and promotion of HR systems such as Job Profiling and Recruitment. This will also involve client support on already implemented systems.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree/ diploma in Office administration or Human Resources Management.
• 3- 5 years in a preferably training/ consulting office environment
Knowledge Requirements:
• Human Resources management and the Training Landscape as applicable in South Africa
Skills Requirement:
• Advanced Computer Skills (Having trained in Microsoft Office will be an added advantage)
• Attention to detail
• Administrative Skills
