SAIL aspires inter alia to: render approved learning programmes in a multiplicity of contexts to allow for learner preferences, geographical relevance and market-sensitive or sector-specific options; ensure that the cost to learners, if any, is kept within a manageable compass; and, provide either directly or indirectly (through partnering) structured opportunities to marginalised learners and geo
graphies. Under the tutelage of experienced, skilled and very knowledgeable advisors, management and staff, SAIL is confident of meeting these objectives and thereby installing itself as one of the leading purveyors of accessible and affordable education and training within the Southern African region.
