Our Civil Engineering students recently took learning beyond the classroom with a practical visit to the Ostrich Ranch in Cape Town.

From observing real-world structures to engaging with on-site applications, the experience gave students valuable insight into the practical side of their studies. Opportunities like these bridge the gap between theory and industry, helping our students build confidence and hands-on knowledge.

This week, our Engineering & Science students stepped into our labs and brought their knowledge to life through hands-on practical's across multiple disciplines:
Electrical Lab
Civil Lab
Chemistry Lab
Mechanical trades

From testing concepts in the Chemistry Lab to applying precision and technique in our Engineering spaces, these sessions are designed to build real-world skills, confidence, and industry readiness.

This is more than just learning, it’s preparation for the careers our students are working towards.
