Minister Buti Manamela today emphasised that the National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) administration intervention is about protecting students, not punishing individuals.

Key priorities include:
• Ensuring student allowances continue without interruption
• Protecting students from accommodation evictions
• Clearing more than 7,800 outstanding appeals
• Strengthening cybersecurity and safeguarding student data
• Restoring accountability and operational stability

The message remains clear: students must be able to study without administrative crises standing in their way.
