The Engineering Leadership Development (ELD) program focuses on providing a challenging, relevant, and dynamic world-class program that further engages students in their education while preparing them for leadership roles in a technical work environment. The ELD program has a variety of programs to help you develop the leadership skills needed to excel in an engineering career. The ELD courses pro

vide you with the understanding of individual, team, and organizational leadership; global competencies and multicultural awareness; and innovation and management.
