We assist you to apply ONLINE for tertiary institutions. We check your APS, subjects and marks, then we apply for courses you qualify for.

NSFAS OUTSTANDING APPLICATIONS - TO BE SUBMITTED BY ADMIN:

All outstanding NSFAS applications that i must submit, they will be completed from today Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Clients that i have sent consent forms to fill, please send them back during the given period.

My only weakness is that I'm working with many people, so my memory sometimes decides to take a lunch break without telling me. If I haven't replied or submitted your application, please remind me. Thank you.

This is a gentle reminder that UNISA applications close TODAY AT MIDNIGHT.

As per our previous communication, please note that we will not be submitting any UNISA applications today.

For those who have not yet paid the R160 application fee, kindly do so before the end of today to avoid any inconveniences.

Clients whose 2027 applications were submitted through our office may contact our business number for complimentary assistance with status checks.

All NSFAS applicants with outstanding consent forms are requested to complete and return them to admin on or before Friday to ensure finalisation of their applications.

We further request that clients provide private feedback regarding the outcome of their applications, as this assists us with service improvement and reference to investors we normally propose to, so they help our project to grow.

BOOKING / SERVICE FEES & PAYMENTS

We have noticed that some clients send booking fees without confirming admin availability first and then expect their applications to be submitted immediately. Kindly avoid this, as it may inconvenience you. Please note that admin has other commitments and may not always be available to attend to your application or queries immediately.

OUTSTANDING ADMIN SERVICE FEES

Clients with outstanding service fees are kindly requested to settle them on or before 16 October 2026, before institutions start responding to applicants. Should you be unable to meet this deadline, please forward your reasons and your payment plan or exact payment date to the admin query inbox.

Good morning fam,

Please note that UNISA online applications for 2027 will be closing on Friday, 9 October 2026.

Kganakga Uni-Col Applications will therefore not be taking any new bookings for UNISA applications effective from tomorrow, Wednesday 7 October 2026.
This is to avoid pressure on our admin team and to prevent last-minute submission issues.

As most TVET College and University applications are closing on 30 September 2026, we are wrapping up all outstanding applications.

If admin promised to get back to you about your booked application and hasn't yet done that, or if we did not finish all your applications, please text me ASAP so we can conclude everything. (ONLY THIS PEOPLE, NOT NEW APPLICANTS).

I receive many bookings from different people, so I may have missed some. This is your chance to follow up.

Deadline to text me: Tuesday at 10:00. After that, I will be out.

Dear Kganakga Uni-Col's,

Please note that from Saturday, 26 September 2026, we will no longer be accepting any new bookings for ALL colleges and universities closing on Wednesday, 30 September 2026. Unless you already made mutual agreement/appointment with the admin team.

This decision has been made to reduce pressure on the Uni-Col's assistance team who would otherwise have to work at short notice and at a fast pace.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

NB: We are still accepting bookings for any other institutions closing in October, including NSFAS applications.
