At the 2026 Train the Trainer Workshop, the Transformation Office at brought together a remarkable group of stakeholders whose daily work centers on caring for, guiding, and empowering others.
These are the advocates who champion change, the trainers who build capability, and the speakers who inspire action. They are often the ones called upon to develop others, support teams, and lead people through challenges and transformation.
But an important question remains: who develops those who dedicate themselves to developing others?
Where do they draw their strength, renew their energy, and sharpen their skills?
The Train the Trainer programme was designed with exactly this purpose in mind. It creates a space for those who teach, mentor, and lead to step back from their responsibilities and invest in their own growth.
Through shared learning, practical tools, and meaningful collaboration, participants are equipped to expand their influence, strengthen their impact, and continue serving others with confidence and excellence.
