It’s that time of the year where we leave for the Holidays… You notice that you have extra food that is left over.

Why not give back to the community by donating it to someone who needs it dearly?

NON-PERISHABLE items on the day that you leave for home at the
Xanadu Res Office in the box provided.

To all Xanadu Residence Students
• Closure - Residences will close for all students on 27 November 2014

• Application -Residents who wish remain for the vacation period must apply for accommodation by collecting forms from the following offices:
Residence Managers Offices
Residence Admissions Office
Off Campus Accommodation Office

• Submission -Forms must be completed and a motivation letter from the faculty HOD or relevant person must be attached. Only students remaining for academic purposes will be considered for vacation accommodation. The form can be submitted to the Off-campus Accommodation Office@ the Kraal, South Campus.

• Tariff –R30 per person per night is payable upfront at the university cashiers or via the university bank account. No cash payments are allowed.
No payment = no accommodation.

• Movements – Students must please note that the vacation period will necessitate that they be moved from their current residences.

• Supplementary Exams – students wanting to come back early for supplementary exams must apply as per the steps mentioned above.
