What happens when MBA students are given a real business challenge?

Over the past few weeks, our Business Strategy students stepped into the role of consultants, taking on a strategic challenge for The Chemical Industries Education & Training Authority. They explored industry trends, analysed organisational priorities, and developed bold recommendations aimed at driving impact and growth.

The result was more than an academic exercise. It was strategic thinking in action.

Big ideas with real impact. 👏

We’re excited to celebrate Luthando Sibozo, one of our 2nd year MBA students at the TSB, for being featured in Daily Maverick.

Luthando developed the Efunda Learning Management System (LMS). A platform created to help schools and parents stay better connected. By giving parents real-time access to learner progress, the platform encourages more meaningful involvement at home while also making communication easier for educators.

This is the kind of innovation that reminds us education doesn’t only happen in classrooms, sometimes it starts with a bold idea and the courage to build it. 🚀
