🦠 Meet one of our distinguished speakers – Dr Jennifer Coetzee
Heart 4 the Wounded is proud to welcome Dr Jennifer Coetzee, Consultant Clinical Microbiologist, who will be presenting on "Antimicrobial Stewardship in Modern Wound Care."

Dr Coetzee obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Pretoria before qualifying as a Clinical Microbiologist through the University of the Witwatersrand. She previously served as a consultant at Chris Hani Baragwanath Academic Hospital and currently practices as a Consultant Clinical Microbiologist at Ampath's National Reference Laboratory in Centurion, Gauteng, as well as Life Groenkloof Hospital in Pretoria.

With antimicrobial resistance posing one of the greatest challenges to healthcare today, Dr Coetzee's expertise will provide delegates with practical, evidence-based strategies to optimise antimicrobial use in wound management while improving patient outcomes.

💬 Fun fact: Dr Coetzee became a proud Swiftie after attending Taylor Swift's Eras Tour with her daughter in 2024! 🎤✨

Join us at Heart 4 the Wounded 2026 as leading experts share the latest advances in wound care and inspire us to make a difference.
