The ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐๐ฎ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐๐ฟ๐โ ๐๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ฆ๐ผ๐ถ๐ฟรฉ๐ฒ, themed ๐๐ฆ๐ณ๐ท๐ช๐ค๐ฆ ๐๐ต๐ข๐บ๐ด โ ๐๐ฐ๐ด๐ฑ๐ช๐ต๐ข๐ญ๐ช๐ต๐บ ๐๐ฐ๐ข๐ณ๐ด, hosted by Capital Hotel School on Tuesday, 19 May, was a roaring success.
We were truly delighted by the overwhelming turnout of our favourite restaurateurs, food and beverage managers, sommeliers, chefs, and hospitality professionals who joined us in celebrating the ๐๐๐ฆ ๐ฆ๐ถ๐น๐๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐๐๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ฒ๐ฒ. It was made even more special as the ๐ง๐๐ต๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฒ ๐ง๐ผ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐บ ๐๐๐๐ผ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป also celebrates its 25th anniversary this year - making it a wonderful double celebration for the hospitality and tourism industry.

Most importantly, it offered hospitality professionals the rare opportunity to step away from the daily rush of service and simply enjoy being celebrated themselves.
