The incubation program kicks off with an elementary diagnosis of the candidate through a pre-assessment tool that includes both technical and practical questions. The strengths and capabilities of the candidate are managed through mentor-ship and coaching methods, accelerating the candidate into their preferred and promising specialization programs to keep Technicians and Artisans up to date with Technological Changes through Upskilling and Refresher programs.
