When the Bible comes into play – Bibliolog meets Narradrama
This course aims to get familiar with two different approaches to creative biblical work. During this session, we will get to know both Bibliolog and Narradrama. Using a specific passage from the Bible, you will be guided through an experience that allows you to discover something of the text’s complexity and the personal, biographical themes associated with it.
Through bodywork and various methodological approaches – such as those presented by Bibliolog and Narradrama – we will explore the plural meanings of biblical texts and determine which hermeneutical tools may be helpful in which contexts. Through joint practice and experimentation with methodological variations, through discussion, and through collaborative reflection processes, participants will gain clarity on how creative Bible study can be applied in their own areas of work.
