NOTICE TO ALL STAFF AND STUDENTS:
COMMENCEMENT OF LIBRARY EXTENDED HOURS

The University Library hereby informs all staff and students that Extended Operating Hours will officially commence on Monday, 16 March 2026. Please note that until this date, the library will continue to close at 16h00.

In the interim, students are encouraged to utilise the 24/7 Study Zone, which is fully operational and accessible to registered users requiring after-hours study space. Library users may also continue to access electronic resources remotely and make use of the “Ask a Librarian” service for online academic support and research assistance on the Library Website.

Effective Date: 16 March 2026
Extended Hours: 16h00 – 23h00 (KwaDlangezwa Campus)
16h00 – 19h00 (Richards Bay Campus)
