Pokolo Pokolo Horse RidingBecome one with nature and its animals while on horseback She decided to use the name Pokolo which is Notheren Sotho for horse.

Su-Mari (Sumi) Fourie wanted to become a Vet, but did not get accepted at University of Pretoria Onderstepoort. She has a big love for animals and saw the opportunity to open a horse riding business at Waterberg Game Park. She was born on the 9th of May 1994. Since she was a young child she had a love for animals and the outdoors. In 2007 she gave her heart to the Lord and have been living in a cl

ose relationship with Him ever since. She started school in Pretoria; she went to Theresapark Primary School. This is where her love for horses started; she went to Mrs Coetzee in Amandasig for horse riding lessons. In 2008 she started Grade 8 at Wonderboom High school. She has proven on many occasions that she is an exceptionally hard working, trustworthy and strong leader. After relocating to Vaalwater in 2010, she developed a huge passion for helping all animals in need. She also worked as tour guide at a Wildlife park in Vaalwater. At Waterberg Game Park she rescued and treated a Vervet monkey raised and rehabilitated him back into the wild. Currently she is raising a bushbuck.
