WHO WE ARE
THE TRAVEL LEARNING COLLEGE·
We are a privately owned fully accredited CATHSSETA tourism college (Travel Learning Centre trading as Travel Learning College) and our students are with us for a full year completing their theory component after which they are sent out into the industry where they have to complete a six month practical component and after all requirements have been met they

graduate – The TLC policy is one of an open door, and personalised, hands on training, as such a maximum of 60 students are accepted ( 3 classes, 20 students per class ). TLC does not stop at just the training of students, but takes an active role in their development. We believe that over and above formal lecturing, students learn well in the practical environment. Because of this, we include a practical module in our course, where students are placed in various sectors in the industry to practice the skills learnt in the classroom, and experience the day to day operations of the industry.

INBOUND TOUR SPECIALIST – PRETORIA/JOHANNESBURG - R20000
**Work from home position**
The Right Company are currently recruiting for an experienced Inbound Tour Specialist in the Pretoria/Johannesburg area to start immediately for an Inbound Tour Operator.
Requirements:
• Must have good product knowledge of South Africa and neighbouring countries.
• Experience in operating tours independently (groups series, once-off groups, FIT’s, MICE) from start to finish and take responsibility for all aspects of tours, including the accounting side.
• Able to use WETU. Experience on the Lemax system is an advantage.
• Take initiative and ensure attention to detail.
• Collate Guide Manual and all supporting documentation as well as briefing and debriefing of tourist guides.
• Put together Travel documents with regard to FIT travellers.
• Team work and enthusiasm to assist colleagues.
• Energetic and have a passion for learning.
• Time management: ability to prioritise, plan and meet deadlines.
• Effective verbal and written communication - internally as well as externally.
• Be professional and offer high service levels at all times.
• Ability to handle pressure and volume - be able to multitask.
• Build relationships with agents as well as suppliers.
• Assist with annual tour series/once-off costings and proposals.
