What are you known for?
As you come to university, please please please protect your digital presence.
When your name is mentioned in a room, what is the first thing that comes to people's minds? When you leave the room, what will they say about you?
The things we do today can have either a positive or negative impact on our careers tomorrow.
What value do you add to people's lives? Can your character speak for you even in the boardroom when you are not present?
This is a reminder to be intentional about your digital presence. Build a reputation that speaks positively about who you are, what you stand for and the value you bring to others. Remember, your personal brand is not just what you say about yourself; it is what people experience, remember and say about you.
